My radiator doesn't respond to my intuis application. What should I do ?

If your radiator is not a Smart ECOcontrol type

Note: To determine the type of your radiator, follow this link.

Make sure that the radiator is properly configured in "AUTO" or "PROG" mode. This mode must be manually selected directly on the control panel of each older generation radiator connected to a Muller Intuitiv with Netatmo module.

Refer to your radiator's manual to learn how to configure it in the correct mode.

For all generations of radiators

Check if your Muller Intuitiv with Netatmo module attached to the radiator in question is still accessible through the application by accessing the main screen of the Muller Intuitiv with Netatmo application.

If a radiator is unreachable, a "⚠" icon appears next to the room it has been added to. Pressing on the room allows you to identify which radiator is unreachable.
