I am unable to connect my module to Wi-Fi

 

During installation, make sure your phone is connected to the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (your home network) to which you want your module to connect.

 

Remarks

  1. Some Wi-Fi networks are not compatible with Intuis Connect products: 
    • Enterprise and public networks. 
    • Networks operating only on the 5GHz frequency. 
    • Networks with connection portals. 
  2. Some networks using wireless repeaters may cause improper functioning of Netatmo products.
  3. Ensure that your smartphone/tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network that will be used for the module or Gateway before starting the Wi-Fi connection procedure.
  4. Check that your smartphone picks up Wi-Fi next to your heating system.

Steps

  1. Restart the Wi-Fi router.
  2. Uninstall the intuis connect app, restart the smartphone or tablet, then reinstall the intuis connect app. No historical data or settings will be lost in this process.
  3. Check the power supply operation: of the module in the radiator or of the Gateway.
  4. If the Module or Gateway needs to connect to a Wi-Fi repeater, assign a different name (SSID) to the repeater than to your router. If this still does not work, try connecting the Relay directly to your router (by changing the Wi-Fi network your smartphone is connected to). If this works, check the repeater settings.

  • The device used for installation
    • its brand and model if it is a mobile device
    • its operating system (Android or iOS) and its version
  • The error message received (a screenshot if possible)
