What is a Bi-jonction appliance ?
A dual-function electric heating system consists of 2 heating circuits:
- The first one is connected to the building's collective meter and provides a base level of heating.
- The second one is connected to the user's individual meter and provides the additional heat needed for comfort.
The type of regulation, DB1, DB3, or DB4, determines the possible interactions between these 2 heating circuits.
