Do you have no heating or hot water?

Follow these steps:

Check if your appliance is not in standby or vacation mode (refer to your appliance manual).

  • In either case:
    • Press the power/standby button to turn your appliance back on.
    • Go to the "VACATION" menu to cancel the current vacation mode (refer to the appliance manual).

Do you have an error message displayed ?

  • If yes, refer to the error table available in your appliance manual to determine if this error does or does not cause a shutdown of the operation.
  • Contact your installer and use the table to inform them better about the nature of the problem.
  • Limit your intervention on the appliance to turning it on/off, cutting power, or simple adjustments that you are familiar with.
