The buttons are not working. The screen is unresponsive.

  • Your screen is likely locked, and you should see a key displayed on the screen.
  • Press and hold the "menu" button for 3 seconds until the key disappears (on some products, the screen also confirms the 3-second countdown with the message "DEVE ROUI."). The screen will then be unlocked.
