What is the Aqua Manager used for ?
The Aqua Manager allows you to remotely control your electric water heater and automate its operation.
You can connect the Aqua Manager
- Either as a complement to the installation of one (or several) connected radiator(s) with Module (the module acting as a Gateway)
- Or directly with the intuis connect Gateway
The Aqua Manager is installed at the electrical panel, controls the Day/Night relay, and receives Off-Peak information via the dry contact of the electric meter.
The Aqua Manager allows you to:
- Remotely control the water heater according to the following three operating modes:
- OFF - Permanent shutdown of the water heater
- Auto - Allows heating during off-peak hours (if present)
- Smart Restart - Allows the water heater to heat up until the water is at temperature and returns to the previous mode
- Monitor the electrical consumption of the water heater
- Create a heating schedule for your water heater
