My device does not follow the schedule and manual setpoint changes with the connected system from the application.
To resolve this issue, you would need to perform the following steps from the application:
- Go to the application menu (top left corner of the screen).
- Select "Manage my Home".
- Then select the relevant room.
- Next, select the radiator in that room.
- You will need to move the device by selecting the 3 small circles in the top right corner, then "move the radiator", and place it in a new room (for example, the garage).
If the device becomes controllable again, you can move it back to its original room by following the same steps.
