The intuis Connect app is not available on my smartphone.
The intuis Connect with Netatmo application is downloadable from Google Play. Since May 2020, some smartphone models are no longer certified by Google, so they do not use Google Mobile services and consequently Google Play. Our intuis Connect with Netatmo application uses a set of Google services to function, so it is not compatible with another universe of applications and services. The models for which our application is not compatible are as follows:

- Huawei P40 Lite
- Huawei P40 Lite 5G
- Huawei P40 Lite E
- Huawei P40 Pro+
- Huawei P40 Pro
- Huawei Mate 30 Pro
- Huawei Mate 30
- Honor 9X Pro
- Honor View 30 Pro
- Honor View 30
