My product does not appear in the Apple Home app ?

If you only have non-communicating radiators, HomeKit is not compatible with them.

If you have smart communicating radiators and they do not appear in the Apple Home app, check that you have correctly imported the installation into HomeKit. To do this:

  1. Get an iOS phone.
  2. Launch the intuis connect with Netatmo app.
  3. Tap on the Menu then Manage my home.
  4. Tap on the Configure HomeKit button.

The app will ask you to scan the QR code of your Wi-Fi-connected relay module. If you don't know which relay module is connected to Wi-Fi, follow these steps:

  1. Launch the intuis connect with Netatmo app.
  2. Tap on the Menu then Manage my home.
  3. Tap on Wi-Fi-connected relay module.
  4. Tap on Identify.
  5. The indicator light of your relay module will flash white for a few seconds, allowing you to locate it among your radiators and scan its QR code to install HomeKit.
