Producing domestic hot water with a HRC heat pump.

  • For optimal performance, we recommend autonomous domestic hot water production with a thermodynamic water heater. A separate solution (dedicated HRC for heating and dedicated thermodynamic water heater for hot water) offers much better performance than dual-service systems on the market.
  • Domestic hot water production by the HRC heat pump is also possible if the heating circuit is a high-temperature circuit (radiators).

  • To do this, the following accessories need to be added:
    • Preparing tank with oversized heat exchanger specially designed for heat pumps (300 liters ref. 351000)
    • Second direct circuit kit (ref. 751003)
    • Sanitary probe (ref. 710029)
    • Directional 3-way valve 1" (ref. 710098)
  • If the heating circuit is a low-temperature circuit (underfloor heating), this is not possible, and a single-circuit underfloor heating kit with a 3-way valve must be added (ref. 411002).
