Should an electric backup be planned ?

No, the HRC heat pump already has a 6 kW electric backup which can be activated through simple configuration.

In case this electric backup is insufficient, the HRC controller includes the necessary hydraulic connections and control for connecting an electric boiler as backup.

The heat pump always takes priority, and the electric backup is only activated if necessary (in case of low outside temperatures or insufficient power).
