How to control the boiler with an external controller ?
Connect the output of the controller to terminals 7 and 8 of the boiler.
- The output of the controller should be a dry contact, operated according to the logic:
- Closed contact = required comfort level
- Open contact = required setpoint reduction
Use parameter 23 to choose the setpoint reduction level
- In the parameter settings menu, set parameter 23 to the value:
- 01: Setpoint reduction to ECO setpoint when the external controller contact is open
- 02: Setpoint reduction to FROST protection when the external controller contact is open
