How to control the boiler with an external controller ?

Connect the output of the controller to terminals 7 and 8 of the boiler.

  • The output of the controller should be a dry contact, operated according to the logic:
    • Closed contact = required comfort level
    • Open contact = required setpoint reduction

Use parameter 23 to choose the setpoint reduction level

  • In the parameter settings menu, set parameter 23 to the value:
    • 01: Setpoint reduction to ECO setpoint when the external controller contact is open
    • 02: Setpoint reduction to FROST protection when the external controller contact is open
