A module becomes unreachable when it loses connection to the network and fails to restore it. Generally, this issue is temporary.
If the problem persists, here are some solutions to try:
1. Adjust the setpoint in the room where the radiator is located. This may help restore communication quickly.
2. Remove the module from the radiator, wait a few seconds, then reinsert it. This will restart an initialization phase.
3. If this does not resolve the issue, add the module back to your installation as a new product by following the usual steps. this link.
