My application indicates that a module is unreachable.

A module is unreachable when it loses connection to the network and fails to reconnect. Typically, this behavior is very transient.

If it persists, try these different methods:

  1. Change the setpoint of the room where the affected radiator is located. This may help restart communication more quickly.
  2. Remove the module from the radiator, wait a few seconds, and then reinsert it.
  3. If the above steps still have no effect, add this module to the installation as if it were a new product, following this link.
