To find the MAC address or serial number of my product?

To find the MAC address of an Intuitiv module directly on the module

1. Remove the module from its location.
2. At the back of the module, look at the next 6 characters after the "g" under the QR code.

To find the MAC address of an Intuitiv module in the App

1. On the main screen of the Muller Intuitiv with Netatmo application, press the  or  icon and then Manage my home.
2. Select the relevant room, then the radiator containing this module.
   Use the Identify button to determine exactly which module it is if there are multiple in this room.
3. The MAC address consists of the last 6 characters of the radiator's serial number.

To find the serial number of the master module

1. On the main screen of the Muller Intuitiv with Netatmo application, press the  or   icon and then Manage my home.
2. Select the Wi-Fi-connected relay module
3. The serial number is located in the information.
