To find the MAC address or serial number of my product?
To find the MAC address of an Intuitiv module directly on the module
- Remove the module from its location.
- At the back of the module, look at the next 6 characters after the "g" under the QR code.
To find the MAC address of an Intuitiv module in the App
- On the main screen of the Muller Intuitiv with Netatmo application, press the

icon and then Manage my home.
- Select the relevant room, then the radiator containing this module.
Use the Identify button to determine exactly which module it is if there are multiple in this room. - The MAC address consists of the last 6 characters of the radiator's serial number.
To find the serial number of the master module
- On the main screen of the Muller Intuitiv with Netatmo application, press the
- Select the Wi-Fi-connected relay module
- The serial number is located in the information.
