My radiator doesn't appear during installation ?
You have a radiator equipped with a module
If, after pressing the Wi-Fi button on the module associated with the radiator or on the
Smart ECOcontrol button , your radiator does not appear during the installation process,
please check the following:
- Is your module incorrectly connected or inserted?

- Check that the module's indicator light blinks when you press its Wi-Fi button.
- Make sure the module is properly inserted into its compartment. It should not protrude from the radiator, and the top of the module should align with the control panel.
If the issue was due to one of these points, you can add your radiator via the "Add a product" menu in the app.
- Has your module had enough time to join the radio network?

- Complete the installation of the other Intuis Connect with Netatmo modules without worrying about the module that has not joined your installation.
- Manually add the modules that have not joined after completing the installation by following the instructions in this link.
If your radiator is connected via pilot wire to the installation, please refer to your electrician.
You have a Nativ radiator
From the radiator’s settings interface, go to the connectivity menu
and check that the radiator is connected to the Intuis Connect network.
If it is not, you can add your Nativ radiator via the Add a product menu in your app.
