My radiator doesn't appear during installation ?
If your radiator doesn't appear during installation after pressing the Wi-Fi button on the associated module or the Smart ECOcontrol button , check the following:
- Is your module poorly plugged in or inserted?

- Check that the indicator light on the module flashes when you press the Wi-Fi button on it.
- Ensure that the module is well inserted into its compartment. It should not protrude from the radiator, and the top of the module should be level with the control panel.
If the reason was one of these points, you can add your radiator via the "Add a product" menu in the application.
- Has your module had time to join the radio network? ?

- Complete the installation of the other Muller Intuitiv with Netatmo modules without worrying about the module that did not enter the radio network.
- Manually add the modules that did not enter the network once the installation is complete by following the instructions in this link.
If your radiator is connected by wire to the installation, refer to your electrician.
