The indicator light on my module is not flashing in white.

If the indicator light on the module closest to your internet box is not flashing white during the initial setup, you may be experiencing one of the following scenarios.

The module light is off

1. Briefly press the Wi-Fi button on the module.
2. If it flashes quickly in white:
   1. 1. Use a pointed tool to press the RESET button until the module light flashes red.

The module light is flashing blue

This indicates that it is undergoing an update. Please wait a few minutes and try again.

The module light is flashing green

1. Use a pointed tool to press the RESET button until the module light flashes red.
2. Wait until the module light flashes white.
3. You can continue with the installation.
