Why do my radiators need to be updated ?

During the initial installation of the Intuis Connect modules with Netatmo, your "new generation" radiators will receive an update to install new features, including thermal intelligence algorithms.

The update happens automatically. The download time for the update depends on the size of your installation and may take several hours.

During the download, the radiators can still be controlled for temperature via the application, but some features are not yet available. These features include, but are not limited to:

• Heat anticipation,
• Room temperature calculation,
• Temperature control in increments of 0.5 °C (in the old version, control was done in increments of 0.1 °C).
