By default, this time is set to 4 hours, but it is adjustable in the heating settings tab, which you can access by clicking on the or icon from the main screen of the Intuis Connect with Netatmo application.

You can also change this duration for a specific override by clicking on the pencil next to the manual setpoint banner that appears. This duration then only applies to the current override.

The Frost Protection and Away modes do not have a default limited duration. You can end them at any time by clicking on the cross, or on a scheduled date in advance. To do this, click on the pencil next to the banner and select the day and time at which you want to return to the schedule.

To resolve this issue, you would need to perform the following steps from the application:

- Go to the application menu (top left corner of the screen).

- Select "Manage my Home".

- You will need to move the device by selecting the 3 small circles in the top right corner, then "move the radiator", and place it in a new room (for example, the garage).

If the device becomes controllable again, you can move it back to its original room by following the same steps.

Tap on the Configure HomeKit button.

The app will ask you to scan the QR code of your Wi-Fi-connected relay module. If you don't know which relay module is connected to Wi-Fi, follow these steps:

Launch the intuis connect with Netatmo app.
Tap on the Menu then Manage my home.
Tap on Wi-Fi-connected relay module.
Tap on Identify.

Make sure that the radiator is properly configured in "AUTO" or "PROG" mode. This mode must be manually selected directly on the control panel of each older generation radiator connected to a Muller Intuitiv with Netatmo module.

Refer to your radiator's manual to learn how to configure it in the correct mode.

For all generations of radiators

Check if your Muller Intuitiv with Netatmo module attached to the radiator in question is still accessible through the application by accessing the main screen of the Muller Intuitiv with Netatmo application.

If a radiator is unreachable, a "⚠" icon appears next to the room it has been added to. Pressing on the room allows you to identify which radiator is unreachable.

The temperature does not appear next to my room.

The room temperature displayed in the application is measured by the radiators and processed by the Muller Intuitiv algorithms.

Notes:

Only radiators of new generation are capable of displaying the room temperature.
The display of the room temperature occurs only after the initial update of the radiators.
The calculation of the room temperature may take a few minutes after the initial installation.

Are some articles intended for a qualified person ?

The electrical connection of our devices must be carried out while disconnected by a qualified person.

Incorrect installation or mishandling can lead to risks of short circuit, electric shock, or fire.

Before performing the installation, read the radiator manual, especially the safety instructions (if you no longer have the manual, visit the website of your radiator brand and obtain this manual). The radiator must not have been modified or damaged. The device must be installed following the instructions in its manual and according to industry standards.

How to manage power outages

In case of a power outage, the Modules and the Gateway will retain all the data of your installation.

After the power supply is restored, the Modules and the Gateway will reconnect to the Wi-Fi network as soon as it becomes available and will resume normal operation.

What happens if I have an Internet outage ?

In case of an Internet outage, your radiators will continue to operate normally.

During the outage, remote access to your installation via the intuis Connect application will be unavailable. However, you will still have the option to control your radiators locally through their control panel or via the Apple Home app.

Actions on the control panels of the radiators apply to the entire room where the radiator is located.

All functionalities will automatically resume once your Internet connection is restored.
